CHILDREN rates. All children under 6 years are free.     6 to 12 years are $10.00 per night. 13 to 16 are $20.00 per night.

DOGS are allowed* for a fee of $15 a night , they MUST be crated or attended at all times. They can not be left alone in the cabins unless they are left on the porch. a credit card will be needed for security deposit. I'm sorry the rules are strict but I can not replace things over night.

*Sorry, no pets allowed during snowmobile season - Dec. 15 to April 15.

Tax:  All rates subject to 9% NH room tax.

Payment Methods
Cash, Personal Check, Money Order, Travelers Checks, Visa and MasterCard.
One night deposit required for each person, this deposit is not refundable unless we are notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  No credit or refund for early departures - all nights reserved must be paid for at time of arrival.

Check in/out Times
Check in: 3:00 PM - reservation held until 8:00 PM unless secured by deposit.
Check out: 10:30 AM sharp, additional charges for late check out.
